
I am a laid-back therapist and I try to show up to each session as my most authentic self. I am committed in creating a non-judgmental, trauma-informed space where you can feel safe and heard. I often use humor in session and believe that the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of this work. The modalities that I tend to lean on the most are a mixture of psychodynamic, attachment theory, strengths based, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

I love going on hikes, trying new foods, playing a good song on repeat, traveling to the beach and mountains, building Lego sets, cuddling up with my pets and a good book, and spending time with my two kids and husband!
